Shipping Policy

Print Orders

All screen-printed orders are made by hand and scheduled for completion based on the agreed-upon due date.

• Printed orders ship out on Fridays during the week of their due date.

• Standard UPS Ground shipping is used unless otherwise requested.

• If faster shipping is needed, UPS Express options are available at the customer’s expense.

• Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice and the order will ship once payment is received in full.

Shop Items

Any ready-to-ship items (such as shirts, figures, or accessories) listed in the online shop will also ship out on Fridays each week.

Local Pick-Up

Free local pickup may be available upon request — just reach out before placing your order to confirm.

Tracking and Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Lost or Damage Packages

Karolina Bamboo Printworks is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or damaged packages once items are shipped, but we’ll do our best to help track or file a claim if needed.
